In a word, no. We only recommend those products that can bring value in your life. Products guarantee and other policies depend on that shop.
It’s a very simple process. You can place an order just following a few steps.
Step-1: Find out your desired product(s). For this, you can visit our Shop section. Or you can find out products by category. Or you can use our product search option. Just write there your product name, our search engine will do the rest.
Step-2: Click on the product to know all about it. To add the product to your shopping cart just click on the “ADD TO CART” button. If the product has any attribute (size, color, etc.) choose your desired attribute(s) first.
Step-3: After adding your product(s), you can check your add item(s) on the checkout page.
Step-4: On the checkout page, you have to fill out all your information carefully. Here is a short brief:
Billing information: Provide the email address where you want to receive the order details email.
Shipping information: Provide all the shipping information, who will receive the order.
Additional information: This is an optional field. If you want to tell us something about your order, write here.
Step-5: Choose a shipping method depending on your location. Please note, “Home Delivery” is only available for Dhaka city only.
Step-6: Choose a payment method, how do you want to pay us.
Step-7: Mark the User Agreement check box on.
Step-8: If all is okay, click on the “PLACE ORDER” button.
On the next page you will see your order details. An email will also send to your billing email address.
Yes, we have Cash on Delivery service. But it depends on your order. Your order value must be between 1000 – 5000 taka.
Yes, you can. But it depends on user type, time, and order status. For this, you must be a registered user. You can cancel the order within 24 hours. You can cancel or edit your order for the order processing stage.
After placing the order, we will check your payment details. If all is okay, then we will ship the order. Otherwise, your order status will be “Pending”. You can see a “PAY” button under the “My Orders” section in your account. If you don’t pay within the next 72 hours, your order will be automatically canceled.
Yes, you can. For this, you have to contact with us over phone as long as your order status is in processing, but not more than 24 hours.
